To be a testimony of Christ and set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity (1 Tim. 4:12). Do whatever is true, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable, whatever is excellent and praiseworthy to God (Phili 4:8).
| Saturday, 31 July 2004 *.* Thank God for everything! *.*
I thank God for He has blessed me in school. Let's face it, not everyone will accept you at their friends or classmates. There are bound to have problems, disagreements and people who dislike you and is always picking on you. But I thank God for I do not have these problems. Though my class makes up 80% guys and a handful of girls, we are a helpful class. It's the 4th week already. Up to now, I can really say my class is a quite united class. We help each other whenever we have problems.
Even for project groups, everyone in my group is willing to put on their thinking cap and contribute. I will still want to say this to them: I will want to give credit to the doing of it, the procedure than the results. Of course results counts but the results doesn't tell how close we have become as friends after that. I'm glad that I've got a new touch from God and I'm glad that my prayer-mate and I prayed for each other. I think that's what we need in a Godly-relationship where we pray for each other, bless each other as we walk together with God. It just feels so special and it means a lot to me. I thank God for everything that what ever I ask, He will try to give it to me. God never fails, just trust in Him ALWAYS. =) posted by Michelle at

Friday, 16 July 2004 *.* Blessing and Being Blessed *.* Fight of Faith
Here I am at Your feet Crying out to You Draw me near, Hold me close Lord I wait on You For You're my greatest love You're my Comforter and Strength Yore the First, You're the Last You're my guiding light I will run, I will soar On eagles' wings As I wait on You Lord My strength is restored Fix my eyes on You Jesus As I run this race Help me fight this fight of faith This is a song that touches my heart and minister to me the most. Whenever I feel tired and needed more strength to carry on, this song will reminds me of what Jesus has done for me and the word of this song. It can also be taken from the Book of Isaiah 40:31.
People need blessings, people need strength. Bless someone you know and even someone who you do not know. You will never know that you may have just made their day. For I was blessed that's why I know. Isaiah 40:29-31 : He gives strength to the weary and increase the power of the weak. Even youths grow tired and weary, and young men stumble and fall; but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint. posted by Michelle at

Monday, 5 July 2004 *.* Yippee!!! School's start!! *.*
Never have I expected my class to be so fun. We met early before class started and guess what, the whole class was late and the best thing we all could ever do was to get lost together.
I have nothing to expect from NYP but to put in my best to study hard and get my diploma at the end of my 3 years in poly. I don't wish to repeat any semester in the next 3 years and just hope everything will be smoothly sailed. I met many friends... Old ones and new ones. In a whole, my class is quite fun. Just hope I can survive well there. =) posted by Michelle at

Friday, 2 July 2004 *.* School's starting soon... Finally! *.*
School's starting soon. Finally after 6 months of waiting. It's so different in Poly then in secondary school. I can even hear this from a lecturer who says 'play hard, but study.. Don't need to study hard but it's for your own benefits to study hard'. Bottom line is still play hard and study (probably not so much of study hard.
I know most of my friends have already started school and I'm still stuck somewhere. Really hope to start school ASAP. Everyday could be fashion parade. Guys see gals and gals see guys. In fact, in my course the ratio is almost 5 boys : 1 girl. In my class itself has a strength of 20 students yet out of the 20, 4 are girls. It's almost the same for the rest of the 20 odd classes. I'm really looking forward for school new term with new start. Hope it will be great fun. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- People who knows me... I just want to say, friends, I need you to be part of my life and to be part of a chapter in my life. I really appreciate all of you for all you have done for me as a friend. Thank you. posted by Michelle at
