Been slacking the whole of last week with a series of birthday dinner celebration. Now this is beginning to kick start my week with withdrawal syndrome.
Thank you all for the birthday wish.
First day of work at Girl's Home. This is really an eye opener for me. I can't expose too much as most the stuffs I do is confidential. Most importantly is to protect the girls. Heard some heart wrenching stories today. Some of them are not there because they are naughty, but because they are under Child's Protection Order (CPO) or Beyond Parental Control (BPC). So don't label them.
Society will change for the better when everyone do their part..
Saw this quote today: Growing up doesn't mean you take care of yourself, it means learning to take care of others.
