It poured so heavily this afternoon that my friends and I was caught in the bus stop immovable. As there was a construction site, mud and soil was washed off to the lower ground. It suddenly struck me with the accident that happened on Tuesday afternoon while I was shopping with my friend at Raffles City and the whole building went all black out. Nicoll Highway collapsed causing many buildings had a power cut off, leaving three dead and one missing. They managed to find 2 bodies for many hours of searching leaving the last one missing and still missing. The rescue team stopped further searching today. Maybe because of the rain too but it was stated that the soil was getting loose that they had no choice but to stop. They simply could not take the risk of the rescuers' life as they do not know if anything more could happen..
I've been witnessing accidents lately. It's a scary experience. Last week was a taxi which wheels came off.. It happened in front of me. It was simply terrible. What has the world become? More and more accidents each day, more and more mysterious illness coming and more stuffs will be coming... Is this the end of the world? hmm...
